How many people have said that the biggest dream is to travel the world? How many people really took out the world map and drew a road map, and took their suitcases to prepare for departure?
The designer Duane Dalton from London, UK, expresses the well-known cities and countries in the form of stamp face graphics, perhaps a visual symbol of the country’s architecture, culture or national flag. The question is, did he really travel across seven continents and eight oceans? The answer is not important. What is important is that the designer explores and perceives these known or unknown places.
Design expresses perception, and echoing the emotions of the audience seems to be just an extra reward.
